- To start, I’ll send you a trip inquiry form to gather your travel preferences and desires. If you're unsure about your destination, I’m happy to offer suggestions based on the information you provide.
- Thanks to my relationships with travel vendors, I’ll check for exclusive promotions and benefits to maximize your trip. Once you decide what you'd like me to book.
- I’ll send you a secure online credit card authorization form to ensure we have a record of your payment authorization. Depending on the booking, payments may be made upfront or at the property.
- I’ll also send timely reminders for upcoming payments and keep you updated. Your bookings and trip details will be compiled into an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly online itinerary. This itinerary includes links to your bookings, real-time flight tracking, and notifications for any delays or cancellations. You can also download it as a PDF for convenience.
- During your trip, I’m available for any assistance you may need regarding your bookings. If anything requires resolution after your trip, I’m here to help as well.
I charge a fee for certain planning services to ensure you benefit from my time and expertise spent on research, designing your custom itinerary, making bookings, and providing ongoing support. This helps create a tailored trip for you, while also valuing my time, experience, and resources—ultimately supporting a small business.
You can book your flights directly on the website with reputable, partnered flight companies, ensuring you get reliable options for your travel needs.
A "destination" is defined as any change in accommodation. Planning a new destination involves arranging transportation and accommodations, which is why if you choose partial trip planning (planning only specific segments of your trip), I charge a fee for each additional destination. The first destination is always included.
I highly recommend travel insurance for all clients. As part of my services, I offer travel insurance options from top providers to protect your trip costs and provide you with peace of mind while traveling.
